General Hospital” actress Kirsten Storms, who is 23 and from Orlando, was charged with DUI over the weekend. Reported that a California Highway Patrol officer saw Storms toss a cigarette on a Los Angeles freeway, and officers “noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle.” They gave her sobriety tests and arrested her; she later was released on $5,000 bail. She is the daughter of Mike Storms, a former Orlando sportscaster. Kirsten’s credits include “Days of Our Lives,” “Clubhouse,” the “Zenon” TV movies and a voice on “Kim Possible.” “Kim Possible” is a series on Disney Channel, which endured unflattering publicity last week when nude photos of “High School Musical” star Vanessa Hudgens reached the Internet.
